Novotran is the first software vendor to be certified for integration with FedEx’s latest FSMS 12.0 PowerShip Server product (a.k.a. Ship Manager).  The speed of this achievement is a result of the strength of our Novotran team and we are proud to have accomplished this as quickly as we have.

The FedEx 12.0 server in Novotran’s TMS enables the most complete set of FedEx services and features Novotran’s TMS has ever supported along with full compliance to the latest USPS bar-coding requirements (for SmartPost services), up to date rating capabilities, and the latest labeling and documentation features.

Novotran Solutions Inc. completes acquisition

Novotran Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce that effective February 21, 2011 it has completed the purchase of the intellectual property and assets of our Transportation Management System product.  Novotran has also successfully entered into employment contracts with that product’s development, delivery and support staff, as well as entering on-going service contracts with the customers operating that product to ensure they have well supported and uninterrupted Transportation Operations.

We at Novotran are excited to continue the evolution of this excellent product which has been the basis for excellent Transportation Management solutions for over twenty years and we are proud to be able to offer on-going loyal support to our current and prospective customers to ensure strong future partnerships.

Novotran Solutions Inc. Launches it’s Transportation Management Systems Business

Novotran Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce that it has begun operations as a  Transportation Management Systems software and solutions provider.

In order to jump start that business Novotran Solutions Inc. is also announcing intentions to acquire the assets of a Transportation Management System (TMS) which is expect to be complete in February, 2011.

Novotran Solutions Inc. are thrilled to have the opportunity to enter into this business with this great TMS product, excellent group of professional staff, and great customers as we embark on this exciting new phase of business for the Novotran Solutions Inc. TMS team.
